Episode 5: Fostering Creativity through Suzuki training with Zachary Sweet

Published on: 18th September, 2023

An excellent conversation with Zachary Sweet, a fantastic cellist, teacher, and teacher-trainer based here in the US. Zachary is a registered Teacher Trainer for the Suzuki Association of the Americas and is also an instructor of cello at Nazareth College and Binghamton University.

As you'll hear in our conversation, Zachary is passionate about helping children grow and develop as musicians and artists, as well as helping share the Suzuki teaching method with parents and teachers. (I started my violin lessons as a Suzuki student, as did many of my colleagues, and is great to see how the method is continuing to evolve.) An inspiring conversation, and I hope you enjoy it as well!
